1. Refund Policy
1.1 Refund Eligibility
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Scare City Experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
You have purchased the product within the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product isn't used, damaged, or altered.
1.2 Refund Process
Contact our customer service at tickets@oneagencymedia.co.uk to initiate the refund process.
Provide proof of purchase and any additional information required.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond with instructions for the return process.
Return the product to the address provided by our customer service.
1.3 Refund Timeframe
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund within 5 working days.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

2.2 Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2.3 Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Any used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined in the "Returns Process" section above. We will facilitate the exchange based on product availability.
